November Exhibition
Suffolk-based artist Halima Washington-Dixon presents 'A Flower’s Tale', a vibrant new exhibition exploring flowers, colour, light and texture through expressive oil paintings.
The exhibition opens with a preview day on Saturday 7 November when Halima will be at the gallery to meet visitors and discuss her work.

Discover your creativity in a calm, inspiring setting. Our light, airy studio space overlooks the Mill Pond in Mill Tye — just a short walk from Sudbury’s town centre, yet a world away in atmosphere. With tranquil views and a welcoming feel, it’s the perfect place to slow down and make art.
Join small, friendly sessions led by practising artists and makers. From printmaking and drawing to mindful making and textiles, our classes are open to all levels and designed to build confidence, spark imagination, and nurture creative wellbeing.
Gainsborough trail
Follow the Gainsborough Trail to Mill Tye Gallery
Walk along the River Stour from the Kingfisher Leisure Centre to historic Bakers Mill. Follow the scenic trail through meadows and riverside paths to Mill Tye Gallery, a converted mill overlooking the tranquil mill pond—an inspiring stop for art and history lovers.
