 Clare Curtis

Having studied Illustration

and Printmaking at the Duncan

of Jordanstone College of Art

in Dundee, Clare Curtis today exhibits her prints across the UK and predominantly focuses on relief printmaking. She takes

a great deal of inspiration

from her coastal surroundings

in Felixstowe, as well as from plant forms where she enjoys capturing the structure and patterns in print.

Clare’s illustrations have also been used on books, cards, for editorial purposes as well as for packaging.

Clare: “I live by the sea, in the house I grew up in which originally belonged to my grandfather, and this is where

I work and print. I have the pleasure of working with and

for individuals who share my enthusiasm for printing and I

am delighted to be displaying

my relief print artwork at

Mill Tye Gallery.”
