Life Drawing with Terry Flower Date: Tuesday 8th July 2025 Time: Evening session from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Price: £30 per person Discover the art of life drawing in this relaxing, tutor-led workshop with artist and educator Terry Flower. Set in the inspiring surroundings of Mill Tye Gallery, overlooking the picturesque Mill Pond, this session offers a perfect blend of creativity and tranquility. You’ll work directly from a life model in a variety of poses, guided step-by-step by Terry to explore a range of techniques. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned artist, this workshop is designed to help you refine your drawing skills in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. What to Bring: • Pencils and/or Charcoal, Artist paper (A2 or A3 drawing pad), and a rubber. What’s Provided: • Light refreshments, including tea, coffee, cakes, and biscuits—enjoy good conversation while you draw! What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Accessibility: Please note that the workshop takes place in our upper gallery, which unfortunately is not accessible for wheelchair users. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Booking Information: Spaces are limited, so early booking is highly recommended to secure your place. ABOUT YOUR TUTOR: Since graduating from Goldsmiths College, London, in 1986, Terry Flower has dedicated his career to both teaching and creating art. With a deep passion for exploring the theme of landscape, Terry’s work spans a variety of media, including sculpture, painting, photography and bookworks. His experience and creative approach bring a unique perspective to his workshops, making them both inspiring and educational for participants of all skill levels.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Course Bookings: • Places on our courses are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. • Submitting an application form without payment does not reserve a place on the course. • To guarantee a place, all applicants must pay in full after submitting their form. Refunds and Cancellations: • Cancellations up to 7 days before the course start date: Participants may cancel and receive a refund, subject to a £25 cancellation fee. • Cancellations within 72 hours of the course start date: Refunds will not be issued. • Non-attendance: No refunds will be provided for students who do not attend due to illness, personal commitments, or professional obligations. Course Changes or Cancellations by Mill Tye Gallery: • Mill Tye Gallery reserves the right to cancel or amend courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Access: • Workshops take place in the upper gallery, which is not wheelchair accessible. • If you have any physical disabilities or special learning needs, please notify us in advance by emailing milltye@icloud.com or calling 01787 376796, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Safety: • Prohibited items: Aerosol fixative sprays, smoking, mobile phones, radios, and personal stereos are not permitted during workshops. • Personal belongings: Participants are responsible for their belongings at all times. The gallery cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal items. • Participants must take all work and belongings with them at the end of the class.
